On a very special date in his life, Sean O’Bryan Smith and Groovetron Records have officially released Smith’s full catalog of jazz releases. Originally released on Wolf Entertainment Group/Sydney Australia and Groove Therapy Records, the collection includes the internationally acclaimed and Billboard charting albums Tapestry and Reflection as well as the albums One Last Ride and The Library Sessions. Also, included in the formal rerelease are the singles Let There Be Groove feat. Shane Philen and Just a Closer Walk With Thee feat. Kira Small which was rereleased from Groovetron Records this past Easter weekend. This collection relives Smith’s meteoric rise to fame as a contemporary jazz artist and features performances from such legendary artists as Gerald Albright, Randy Brecker, the late Chuck Loeb, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, Jerry Marotta and many many more.

In addition to his Groovetron Records releases, Smith has also marked this special day by rereleasing two albums for Wayfarer Records to represent part of his modern musical journey. The albums are the solo bass performance release Imaginary Friends and the ambient/chill, new age adventure Musings of an Occasional Somebody originally released in 2020 which features appearances by a number of genre favorites including Brannan Lane, John Gregorius, Chinmaya Dunster and John Fluker. With the inclusion of these two albums and the six Groovetron Records releases, Sean O’Bryan Smith’s complete current musical catalog now resides under the brands of Wayfarer Music Group.
