Yesterday, we introduced you to the first official new artist joining the Wayfarer family for 2025. Dashmesh is one of three new incredible talents that we are announcing this week and today we are elated to announce that the incredibly talented recording artist, pianist and film composer Scott Reich is now officially part of Wayfarer Music Group. Scott Reich has been a mainstay on the new age scene for years and his music has been featured on some of the top radio programs and podcasts worldwide.

Equal to his immense talent is Scott’s depth for the philosophy of music and its purpose. Check out Scott’s own words for his approach to music.

Recently, you’ve been seeing some new names and faces associated with Wayfarer. Another new name as a Wayfarer artist also showed up on the season finale of The Wayfarer Show and that is the multi-talented Dashmesh! Let’s learn more about him…

Dashmesh is a musician, producer, sound healer, and naturalistic philosopher who has worked with internationally renowned artists such as Grammy Award-winning producer Bill Laswell, Steve Roach, and Byron Metcalf. Dashmesh’s driving philosophy is to transcend static notions of divisions, genres, and styles to bridge the difference between cultures. Wayfarer fans are already familiar with Dashmesh as he was featured throughout 2024’s top streaming release Rituals of Passion from fellow Wayfarers Byron Metcalf & Ari Urban. Dashmesh is wasting no time in making his presence known as a Wayfarer as well. His first full-length album for Wayfarer Music Group entitled Biomimesis releases worldwide on January 24th, 2025 and is one you definitely want to mark your calendars for.

Recently, the immensely popular UK based radio network One World Music Radio has been posting their holiday mini and full-length playlists and we are overjoyed to announce that ALL TWELVE of the singles from The 12 Days of Wayfarers holiday series are currently featured on One World Music Radio holiday playlists. This is the latest in great news for the series with One World Music Radio where we recently announced that three of the singles had reached the Top 100 Singles chart for the month of December on the popular network. Billy Denk’s Winter’s Here came in at #52 immediately followed by Brannan Lane’s A Winter Mix at #53 and ELEON’s Peace on Earth at #54.

One of the things that we look forward to each year is the Best Album of the Year lists from some of our favorite networks and podcasters. One of our favorites every year is from the iconic radio program Echoes and this year, we are excited to announce that Wayfarer made the list for the second year in a row with projects by Wayfarer’s own virtuoso John Gregorius. This year, John made the Echoes Best Albums of 2024 Top 30 at #29 with his first solo album for Wayfarer entitled Communion. Making this list this year is the perfect follow-up to the Echoes Best Albums of 2023 list where John’s hit collaboration album Emergence along with fellow Wayfarers Brannan Lane and Sean O’Bryan Smith came in at #12 on the heralded list.

Communion continues to be a mainstay on radio and was #4 on Echoes Top 25 Albums for September. The album was #2 on New Age Notes charts for October and spent multiple weeks on the NACC charts ultimately reaching the #2 slot which it held for three weeks.  Communion is available now at major digital outlets worldwide as well as directly from Wayfarer HERE.

Every month it is always exciting to see Wayfarer Music Group recording artists on the charts from the extremely popular UK based network One World Music Radio. For December, we are elated to announce that not one but, FOUR Wayfarers made the Top 100 Singles chart including three releases from the brand-new 12 Days of Wayfarers holiday series. All three releases are original compositions. Billy Denk’s Winter’s Here came in at #52 immediately followed by Brannan Lane’s A Winter Mix at #53 and ELEON’s Peace on Earth at #54. Dieter Spears made this month’s Top 100 Singles chart as well for the third month in a row with his single The Lucid State of Time coming in #80. Award-winning composer Ambiente Solstice has been having a great 2024 as part of Wayfarer Music Group. Earlier, in the year he released his highly ambitious, Star-studded ambient extravaganza Short Stories that continues to be a favorite among critics and fans alike. The rerelease of his relaxation album Falling into Sleep included a long-form video which has been one of the fastest growing releases on our YouTube channel.
