The highly popular internet radio and industry resource New Age Notes has been a staple in the genre for many years. One of the highlights of the year is their yearly Top Album picks and for 2024, we are over the moon that there are MULTIPLE Wayfarer recording artists on this year’s list including TWO in the Top 5 slots. Brannan Lane’s The Sleep Album made the #3 position in this year’s Top 24 of ’24 list with Christopher Caouette’s Myth of Thalendria immediately following in the #4 position. Other Wayfarers making the list are John Gregorius with his album Communion making the #12 position and Grammy Award winner Richard Theisen reaching #20 with his album Oceanova from earlier in the year. Perhaps the greatest treat is that the Wayfarers as a whole are also represented on this year’s list since the Wayfarer Records Artist Sampler Volume One rounds out the list at #24 of the Best Albums of 2024. The sampler features some of the aforementioned artists as well as Ambiente Solstice, Billy Denk, ELEON, Andrew Schoen, Daren Keck, Ian Crawford, Boreal Taiga, Michelle Qureshi, Jason Blake, Sean O’Bryan Smith and Keith Medley.

2024 has been one monumental change after another for Wayfarer and one of the things that has seen some of the greatest response is our monthly radio show The Wayfarer Show that showcases our amazing roster of artists for one hour each month. Well, to wrap up our first season we wanted to do something extra special for our end of year show. So, we are bringing you a very special TWO Hour episode that will premiere on New Age Notes Radio on Saturday, December 14th at 5PM EST/2PM PST.

Apart from having an extra hour of your favorite Wayfarer music, we wanted to do something to celebrate the season as well as this momentous year for Wayfarer. In this episode, you will hear selections from our 12 Days of Wayfarers holiday releases that are currently being released as well as some of our most recent artist releases.
