Wayfarer Music Group is excited to announce that the highly accomplished and multi-talented composer Scott Reich will be making his first solo appearance on Groovetron Records in the month of July.
Scott Reich is a classically trained composer with a Doctorate in Music Composition from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Scott has spent much time exploring the landscapes of New Age/Ambient/ Atmospheric/Cinematic genres, as well as music for film. In addition to his love for atmospheric and film music, Jazz is in Scott’s blood. His exposure to the genre through his jazz studies with the legendary Max Roach is evident in Scott’s explorations into the world of ambient jazz which makes him a perfect addition to the Wayfarer family.
Wayfarer fans first experienced Scott’s contribution to the formal launch of Groovetron Records with the collaborative single Not So Much with fellow Wayfarers Billy Denk and Sean O’Bryan Smith. The single marked the formal launch of Wayfarer Music Group’s sub-label and now we are happy to announce the Scott will be releasing the brand-new original single I Loved and I Was Loved on Groovetron Records on July 15th!
We look forward to this wonderful new release and you can support Scott now by picking up your own copy of Not So Much featuring Scott, Billy & Sean HERE or from your favorite digital outlet.
