Recently, Fiala approached Wayfarers Billy Denk and Sean O\u2019Bryan Smith about collaborating on a \u00a0very special ambient jazz project single with a touch of theatrics. The single is <em><strong>Seduction of Medusa<\/strong><\/em> and melds fantasy and cinematic music with ambient, chill and jazz in a truly infectious way. Upon hearing it, Wayfarer Music Group President Smith approached Fiala about releasing the track on Wayfarer. Luckily, for us that is exactly what is happening and on Tuesday, October 22nd <em><strong>Seduction of Medusa<\/strong><\/em> will be available for you just in time for Halloween.<\/p>\n<p>Keith Fiala is a master LA-based jazz trumpeter, composer\/arranger, author, producer, technical consultant, and clinician. He&#8217;s been a featured member of the legendary Maynard Ferguson Band, as well as with Maestro Arturo Sandoval&#8217;s various ensembles. Formerly, Arturo\u2019s assistant, Fiala was an active, integral part of and participant in Sandoval&#8217;s recordings, live performances, and film scoring\/soundtrack efforts. He&#8217;s authored celebrated trumpet books, including &#8220;About Face&#8221; and &#8220;Secrets to Efficient Brass Playing.&#8221; Fiala is a former faculty member and performer at Temple Junior
